The resort has completely “reconstructed” all of its 364 guest rooms during the spring and summer of 2004. In addition, the new “adults only” Royal Suites were added to the resort featuring 124 brand new junior suites, 15 Honeymoon suites and 1 Presidential Suite - all with their own private lobby, check-in, and additional amenities exclusive for guests in the "adults only" Grand Palladium Royal Suites or it's restaurants.

Judy and Maria's Impressions of the Grand Palladium Palace Resort

The property presents arriving guests with an impression of a well-maintained hotel that is fun and active. Our first sight was of tropical floral arrangements, flowing fountains and the view of the spectacular grounds surrounding the entrance. The staff and bellmen were gracious, smiling, and accommodating to one’s every request. We noted that each hotel in the complex maintained the same level of consistency and service.

Location

The hotel is located directly on what is considered to be on of the best stretches of world famous Bavaro Beach and is within walking distance on the beach to the small village of El Cortecito.

The guests rooms have been fully renovated and the décor of the rooms and suites are large, bright and spotless. The off-white marble floors accentuate the walls and the fabrics. The rooms have been updated with whirlpool baths and all of the amenities that will make your vacation in Punta Cana comfortable. The loft suites are a particular favorite of ours due to the fact that the second floor loft will separate parents from children downstairs and provide a semblance of privacy. No matter what accommodations you elect to purchase, all rooms are wonderful.

The property offers guests a wide variety of “non motorized” water sports that are included in the all-inclusive program.  The water sports center is open from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM every day and offers equipment and basic instruction for windsurfing, catamarans, sea kayaks, sunfish and scuba diving lessons for beginners in  hotel pool. Motorized water sports are available for a fee.
