Judy and Maria's First Impression of the Hotel Riu Palace Riviera Maya

Our first impression of the hotel was that of an impeccably well-polished and shining new hotel. The air-conditioned lobby was refreshing. The crystal chandeliers, artwork, dark wood furniture, fresh floral arrangements, metal work and exquisite fabrics used in the draperies were all reassuring that this hotel would meet all of our expectations and anticipations. We felt an air of enthusiasm as we began our tour of the hotel.
