As General Manager for the Grand Palladium Jamaica and Grand Palladium 
Lady Jamaica Resorts in Jamaica, it has been truthfully an honor to have Judith and Maria as one of the first guests in the new resorts. We have shared three wonderful days together visiting every single corner of our naturally beautiful property and have discussed in which buildings and different areas of the complex their guests should be accommodated based on their profile. This time spent together has allowed me to know them more in depth and has made me understand the key factors for their success.
