Dear Judy and Maria,
This June, my husband and I booked a trip through your office to the Iberostar Punta Cana. I just had to write and tell you how fantastic our trip was. We've never been to the Caribbean before and though we researched we weren't quite sure what to expect. We were absolutely blown away!! From the minute we arrived at the Iberostar we were just amazed. We were upgraded to the Suites which were beautiful. We were brought a fruit and rum platter after arriving. The guest services staff arranged for a romantic dinner at La Sibila to celebrate our anniversary. The manager, Amando Pozo, personally met with us to introduce himself and make sure that we were enjoying our stay. We were even invited to a reception for returning guests. We just couldn't get over what a top notch resort this was. All the staff, and I mean everyone from the landscaping crew all the way up to the management, were so kind and helpful in every way. I need t o send a letter to management there as well because they were just wonderful.
Thank you so much, Judy and Maria. You arranged for a wonderful trip and made it so special. We enjoyed every minute of it. We plan on taking many more vacations and you'll definitely hear from us again next year.

Mark and I wanted to extend our sincere appreciation to you for helping to make our Punta Cana vacation one of our best yet! We loved the Iberostar Punta Cana resort. We were treated very well, even better than some of the other folks we met there. We enjoyed our King suite, the complimentary bottle of rum and fresh fruit that was brought to our room shortly after our arrival, and the almost daily phone calls from the staff checking to see if there was anything we needed. We loved the staff there, the location was beautiful, the beach gorgeous, and the food very good. We couldn't have asked for a better getaway!
