I’m so sorry that this email is as late as it is but I wanted to let you know you guys are fantastic. Our trip to the Secrets Maroma for our honeymoon back on the 22nd of October through the 30th was more than a delight. We were very much worried about the weather, travel as a typical bride & groom would be when things are out of their hands but you went over and above all expectations.

We arrived at the resort via our private taxi (best idea to do) and unfortunately were greeted to an awful driveway which took 20 minutes to drive down. As people always say, don’t judge a book by its cover and that statement holds true today. Upon arriving at the beautiful hotel we were met with the Bell Hop and directed towards registration. We were shocked upon checking in that we had to go to another area called the “Preferred Club.” Excited yet confused we followed the bell hop towards the private club located halfway through the resort. Met with fresh fruit, drinks and a private concierge we were ecstatic for what’s to come. We were instantly upgraded to a room nearest to the pool and with tremendous views of the sea while being on the top floor. 

The room was really like home. They filled all the amenities each afternoon and evening while having terrific turndown service several times throughout the day. Everyone at the hotel, especially Rosy (forgive my spelling) our personal concierge, were very kind, generous and helpful to anything we needed. We did have two bad days of rain which hindered or feelings on our initial reaction but once that passed and the sun came out those feelings instantly went away.

Sitting at the pool, playing games, working out you name it we did it. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone in the future and your services. From the very beginning you spoke the truth and gave me advice on what to go with while saving some great dollars and for that we are grateful to you.

We just got back on Saturday from Secrets Maroma Beach. We had the best week of our lives, seriously. It was the romantic honeymoon we never had and we enjoyed every minute of it. The resort was just heaven on earth. We were surprised to learn that we were upgraded to the perferred club and taken to the special check in immediately upon arrival. This was definitely due to your relationship with the resort's management. Thank you very much!! They really took care of us and we could not have been happier! (Well another week would have been nice :) Its was only 10:30am when we check in and they had a room ready for us. However, we requested to be in a different building and they were able to get the other room ready and we only had to wait about an two hours. This was fine with us because we went to the pool and had lunch. The anniversary package was nice, we received champagne and fruit in our room when we arrived and a banner on the door. We had a swimout suite on the left side of the resort, which was great because it got sun ALL day and the water was cool but still enjoyable   We can't say enough good things about the resort and with your assistance the trip was worry-free and just absolutely wonderful.

We just got back yesterday from Secrets Maroma Beach and I wanted to thank you so much for making sure everything was perfect for us!

The room was the most beautiful room and the best view of anywhere I have ever been.  They upgraded us to the Secrets Maroma Preferred Club, building 26 4th floor and the view was breath-taking!  The whole resort was AMAZING!!!!   I can't say enough about the food, service, beach (oh, the beautiful beach!!!) room, everything was fantastic!  The weather was rainy for the first 5 days we were there but you can't control the weather so you make the best of it.  No problems.

We met Eric the GM there and he was a very nice "people" person.  Everything was perfect and beautiful as you promised and we are very grateful to you for making our 40th Anniversary the most unforgettable vacation we have ever had!

We will recommend Judy and Maria and Secrets Maroma Beach to all of our friends.

Hi Maria -

We are leaving Secrets Maroma this morning. Thought I'd give you a little information about our stay.

Our stay was great - as I mentioned before we got an upgrade upon arrival. We had no issues. The concierge in the Preferred Club was wonderful, our room well maintained and the only hiccup we had was our key not working one day. 

The Rooms Division Manager Rafael Cordova called us a couple days ago to tell us how much they enjoy you and Judy, and that they take care of your customers. He then offered us a gift from the hotel - a horseback ride on the beach....this was particularly welcome by me because I grew up with horses but rarely get the chance to ride. We went on the ride, had a great time and appreciate the effort. Also they gave us some shirts and hats. Overall we were so pleased with the service we received.

So - thanks for your work for us.

We are planning a trip in the future with both my sisters and their husbands. We'll let you know when we have dates.
