The brand new all-inclusive Great Parnassus Resort and Spa is located on a beautiful beach on the south end of Cancun's famous Hotel Zone.  Only a short 15-minute ride from the airport.

Guests of the resort are treated to delicious food choices at the eight restaurants.  Specialty restaurants include Tasca Española which serves á la carte Spanish lunch specialties and Meson De Michelle, a gourmet international Nouvelle Cuisine á la carte dinner.

The exclusive shopping within the hotel means travelers do not even have to leave the hotel.  Shops include a jewelry, arts and crafts, boutique and tabacco shop.  After a long day the Spa offers relaxing body treatments (fee).

We arrived at the Iberostar Cozumel mid-day. Our first impressions of the Iberostar Cozumel were of a true natural environment -- “green and vibrant.”   From the entrance of the open-aired lobby we viewed bright flowers, flamingos, peacocks, palm trees, mangroves, and ferns.  The Iberostar Cozumel is tropical, alluring, and welcoming.

The Iberostar Cozumel Resort is a short twenty-minute drive from the Cozumel Ferry Pier.  The all-inclusive Iberostar Cozumel is a wonderful resort selection for those electing to vacation in Cozumel. This hotel has gone through a complete renovation since Hurricane Wilma in 2005.  The hotel has a fresh, clean look and feel throughout the entire complex.

Our first vision of the Gran Bahia Principe Punta Cana Resort was of tall hand-forged metal palm trees surrounded by hand-crafted metal pineapples, all set in the midst of a flowing fountain surrounded by tropical greenery.  The polished marble floor and bright artwork on the walls, along with huge floral arrangements bring forth a realization that one's long awaited vacation is finally about to begin.

Our first impression of the Hotel Riu Palace Punta Cana was that of opulence, sophistication, and luxury.  Surrounded by a virgin tropical jungle, the magnificent white-Mediterranean oasis named the  Hotel Riu Punta Cana, is a sight to behold!   Upon arrival into the lobby, guests will pleasure in the stunning sights of spectacular stained glass windows, crystal chandeliers, and magnificent dark wood decor, The detailed design of the lobby is incredible. We visually scanned the lobby and were amazed with the amount of detail and thought put into the design.   In our opinion, the new Riu Palace Punta Cana is wonderful.
